Snowflake School for Chi...
When the founder of Snowflake School for Children with Autism got in touch regarding some post padding/protectors for the playground, we knew we’d be able to produce something suitably colourful and exciting for the students. The Problem The beginning of 2017 was an exciting time for the students of Snowflake School in West London – a new shelter had popped up in the playground! However the teachers and supervisors were worried about their students catching themselves on the exposed wooden supports. The Solution To ensure there would be no tears in the playground, the Safety Pads team produced 4 custom size post padding/protectors in a vibrant sky blue colour, with velcro fastenings on each column for easy attachment and removal. The Results “Your product is very good in quality. It looks good and the price was in line with another company. I am very happy!”– Faryaneh Akhavan, Founder of Snowflake School

Amazon Fulfilment Centres
In December 2015, Amazon UK had over 260 million products listed on its website – a figure which will have inevitably sky rocketed further in the intervening 18 months. To ensure that these products can be delivered to your door in just one day, all 260 million products available on the UK site are stored in colossal Amazon Fulfillment Centres in Rugeley and Hemel Hampstead. The Problem Within these giant warehouses, concrete columns and other support structures pose a potential hazard to workers and equipment including forklift trucks. In buildings which measure over 1 million sq ft, heavy-duty concrete and iron supports are unavoidable – so how to negate the risk? The Solution Since May 2013, Safety Pads UK have supplied almost 500 made-to-measure column protectors and other forms of safety padding in the company’s trademark yellow to Amazon UK, France & Germany. Most recently, the Safety Pads team spent 2 days installing over 280 safety pads in the Hemel Hamstead branch! The Results We’ve now entered our 4th year of supplying safety pads to Amazon, who reported a 40% lower reported injury rate than other warehousing companies in 2013-14.

Industrial Warehouses
Industrial warehouses are some of the most high-risk workplaces in the world. Every day, heavy machines move at speed, workers operate in tight spaces, and massive storage racks surround them. To minimize workplace injuries and damage, industries are adopting a simple but powerful solution: Safety Pads. From forklift pathways to storage racks and steel pillars, safety pads provide injury prevention and protect expensive infrastructure. Today, they are becoming standard across warehouses, logistics hubs, and manufacturing plants. Industrial Safety Pads are high-impact cushioning covers designed to protect workers and equipment from sharp, hard, and hazardous surfaces. These pads are made from: Dense shock-absorbing foam Heavy-duty PVC or industrial vinyl covers Waterproof and chemical-resistant coatings High-strength straps or Velcro tighteners These features make them ideal for harsh warehouse environments.
